Because we spend the majority of our day in our offices I thought you might be interested my interview with Forbes, How Can You and Your Company Improve Your Office/Workday Diet? All companies can benefit by providing healthy eating options for their employees. Sadly, that is not always the case – if so, be proactive for your own health! Pack your own lunch, bring in cases of water rather than relying on the soda machine, grab a Ziplock bag filled with raw veggies for the afternoon, and your workday will be healthier.
