Shipping Policy

Pre-Order and Backorder Items
Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as pre-order or backorder, indicating that the item is not in stock. When possible, we will post expected ship dates.

We ship to all 50 US states. All orders will be shipped via FedEX.  In most cases, you can expect delivery between 3-8 business days after the item is in stock.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.

Changes to Orders and Personal Information
We will do our best to accommodate changes to orders or personal information. However, we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing works to your advantage. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred for items that have been mis-ordered.

Payment Options
We accept credit card payments only. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.

Order Processing
The order process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be processed once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders will be processed every Thursday after the order is placed (if placed by 9:00 AM Eastern time). After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Return Policy guarantees 100% satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 21 days from the date of shipment for a refund of the purchase price.

To return a product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened item within 21 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 21 days from the date of shipment. To exchange a defective item, please send the item within 21 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
